The Carman Scan VG+ is the Ultimate in hand- held Multi-function Diagnostics. It comes complete with Scanner, 4 Channel Oscilloscope, Sensor Simulator, Auto Ranging Digital Volt Ohm Meter (DVOM), Failure Symptom Analysis Database and Oscilloscope Pattern Reference Library. It is designed for technicians performing diagnosis and advanced analysis of components, wiring circuits and ECU’s. Being developed from an OEM platform it offers advanced functions that are not available in other aftermarket tools. The software in this high quality tool allows the independent workshops to compete on the same level as the OEM Dealers. Software development is carried out in conjunction with the factory providing a solution that is specific for the South African market giving access to local models supplied by Toyota, Opel, Isuzu, BMW, Ford & Mazda. The user friendly interface is complimented by the superior Autosearch function making specific vehicle, model and system identification unnecessary.
